That's the only way I can put it.
It's still a good movie though. Like Greengrass's other movies, it's relentless in its pacing, with stuff being whipcut around like a boss. The only problem with this is the feeling that you never really know the characters. And that's a shame, because Matt Damon is in it.

ANYWAYS. The action is where Green Zone kinda wears thin. The shaky cam is cool for the first half-hour but it gets almost sickening afterwards. Add that to the fact that you can't tell who's fighting who, and you get some pretty sloppy action sequences. There are a couple nice scenes though, such as where a spec-ops squad stacks up for a night-op and a house takedown sequence.
So yeah, if you're looking for a quick action fix, go see Green Zone.
